Install

Flow Pack Pro is a Salesforce managed package installed in your Salesforce organization directly from the Salesforce AppExchange. Start the install process by opening the Flow Pack Pro listing with the link below and following the instructions on this page.

Open AppExchange Listing​

Open the Flow Pack Pro AppExchange listing with the link above. Select the green "Get It Now" button.

Login to AppExchange​

You may be prompted to log in to the AppExchange if you are not already logged in. You will want to log in with your Trailblazer.me ID. Follow the necessary steps to log in and then you will be redirected back to the AppExchange.

Select Org To Install​

Select the org where Flow Pack Pro will be installed. This can be a production or sandbox org.

Agree to Terms​

Scroll down and agree to the terms. Optionally, give us permission to contact you about products other than Flow Pack Pro that may interest you. These would only be other products created by us, and we won't ever sell or share your contact information with other parties.

Login To Salesforce Org​

You might have to log in one more time! Log in if necessary and let the music play in the background.

Install for Admins Only​

When prompted to Install Flow Pack Pro, select "Install for Admins Only." All users will still have access to the components and actions in Flow Pack Pro, and this install option only controls what users have access to the Flow Pack Pro Setup tab.

Wait for Install to Finish​

Grab a coffee, drink some water, or call a friend.

Confirm Install Completion​

Woohoo! The application was installed successfully. If an error occurs at this step, please reach out to us for assistance at support@flowpackpro.com.

Select the "Done" button, and you will be redirected to the Salesforce org where Flow Pack Pro was installed.

Open the Flow Pack Pro Setup Tab​

Open the App Launcher and type 'flow pack' in the search box. Select the "Flow Pack Pro Setup" page.

Start Trial!​

Flow Pack Pro has been successfully installed, and you can start building Flows with components from this app.

Flow Pack Pro is free to use in sandbox, scratch, and trial orgs. In production orgs, Flow Pack Pro comes with a free 14-day trial of the Advanced Plan and can be used without restriction during this time. When the 14-day trial expires, the app converts to the Free Plan.

Start Subscription​

When you are ready to start a subscription, navigate to the Flow Pack Pro Setup tab and select the "Start Subscription" button.

Enter Payment Information​

When starting a subscription, you will be redirected to Stripe to enter payment information. You will be redirected back to Salesforce upon selecting the "Subscribe" button.

Finished!​

A Flow Pack Pro subscription has been started (Thank you! 😊). You can update billing information and view invoices on the Billing tab.

Optional Post-Install Steps​

All Salesforce Admins will have access to the Flow Pack Pro Setup page by default. If other users need access to this page, a Permission Set called "Flow Pack Pro Admin" can be assigned to these users. This can be useful if you need to grant access to a user in the finance or accounts payable department if they will be entering payment information.
